Wakepilot is the most popular on-water attraction in Osoyoos. In part this is because all of our packages are exclusive. We will not add anyone to your booking once you make it (except SUP Yoga or SUP Tours). To ensure that each and every visitor to Osoyoos has a chance to enjoy the Wakepilot Experience and the excitement that our experiences offer, we adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Once you receive a confirmation, your reservation is guaranteed.
Time and date changes subject to availability.
More than 48 hours prior to excursion date – 100% refund
Cancellations within 48 hours – forfeiture of payment(s) made
No shows – no refund
Changes to your reservation or cancellations can be requested via email or by calling us at (250)495-4195.
WEATHER OR MECHANICAL CONSIDERATIONS
Osoyoos’ reputation for consistent great weather is well-deserved and cancellations or delays due to weather are rare. Mechanical issues with Wakepilot vessels are even more rare as our boats are new or late model. However, in the rare event that there is a mechanical issue with a boat, convective weather (thunderstorms with lightening in the area), extremely high winds, or other unsafe condition; guests will be refunded the full amount if the booking is cancelled in its entirety OR refunded for the portion of the booking that is lost if cancelled part way through.
Wakepilot staff exclusively will make all decisions relating to cancellations for weather, mechanical, or other safety issues. Bookings can be rescheduled subject to availability.
Please read and fill out the provided liability waiver prior to arrival.
MINORS ARRIVING WITHOUT THEIR PARENT OR GUARDIAN FOR ANY WAKEPILOT RENTAL, CHARTER, OR TOUR MUST HAVE THE ELECTRONIC WAIVER COMPLETED BY A PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN IN ADVANCE OR BRING A COMPLETED PAPER COPY.
FOR MOTORIZED RENTALS (BOATS AND SEADOOS)
A damage deposit will be preauthorized on your card for $1,000. Please bring your credit card with you even if you have prepaid as well as your driver’s licence. This is not a charge and it will be removed upon your return with the undamaged vessel(s). Any damages caused to the vessel(s) or other property is the responsibility of the renter and the credit card will be charged for the amount of the repairs.
Wakepilot staff will review the rental agreement with you and walk you through the safety checklist at the time of arrival. You will also have an opportunity to inspect the vessel for damage before heading out.
CREDIT CARD CHARGES AND SAFETY
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your Wakepilot experience can be confirmed – this is normally immediately upon checkout.
We want you to feel safe when making a secure reservation online. For this reason we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your credit card and other sensitive information when you make reservations for our lessons. The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. Once received, your credit card information is not transmitted over the internet again.
