covid-19 measures

We sincerely hope you are all safe and healthy during these unprecedented times and thank you in advance as we navigate the safest way forward in compliance with Interior Health.

The measures outlined below are best practices currently mandated by the Public Health Agency of Canada, Worksafe BC, Transport Canada Marine Section and recommended by Waterski and Wakeboard Canada. However, be prepared for variations that may come about during the season. With the intention of providing exceptional out-of-doors experiences that promote wellness and exercise, our top priority is to ensure that our guests and staff continue to have a safe environment to work and play.

The following protocols will be monitored and modified as required based on directives from authorities and compliance by guests:

Upon arrival at our rental shack, please cue up where indicated.

We have implemented additional cleaning and disinfection measures in our rental shack and high touch areas.

All motorized watercraft/vessels receive a deep clean and disinfection on all surfaces between rentals.

We do not store personal items in our rental shacks.

Anyone not adhering to the direction of employees or these rules will be required to leave the premises immediately.

As a reminder, no person should board a vessel when they are exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms. Should symptoms such as a fever, cough or difficulty breathing develop while on-board, please notify the driver if on a charter or if on a rental, notify us by phone that you are returning to the dock immediately then leave the premises directly.

If you are provided an electronic version of a liability waiver with your confirmation email, please complete it in advance as it will eliminate at least one touch point on site.
