The DOCKHOUSE by Wakepilot is a tiny home, casita and marine themed outdoor space that is quite probably the most unique vacation rental in Osoyoos. The main house might be “tiny” but it’s big on charm, comfort, and functionality. Dedicated private, protected mooring ball on Solana Bay is included!

The Dockhouse

Beyond the usual vacation rental, this is “glamping” at its finest. This new tiny home and detached casita are centrally located in Osoyoos in Paradise Park on Solana Bay (moorage on the bay is included). This cozy unit punches above its weight boasting stainless steel appliances, smart TVs, and vaulted ceilings with a loft for the kids. Outside is the wharf-themed deck with outdoor kitchen including BBQ and bar fridge. The air conditioned casita off the deck has a queen bed and flatscreen TV.

The resort itself has common use areas like the pool which is just steps away from the Dockhouse as well as a large shared patio, washrooms, showers, laundry, common room and of course the private beach, playground and dock. Within a short walk are Campo Marina Restaurant, Junction 3 Coffeehouse, Rattlesnake Canyon, the Sage Pub, Tumbleweed Distillery, Adega on 45th, and Lakeside Cellars.

PRIZE DETAILS

SELECTION OF WINNER

The winner will be selected randomly by Wakepilot, whose decisions on all matters relating to drawing and winner are final and binding. The Prize will be awarded at random from all eligible entries received. Wakepilot reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner and may refuse to award the Prize to a person who is ineligible or has violated any rule, gained an unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes or obtained winner status using fraudulent means. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entrants. No purchase required. Skill testing question required. The winner will be notified via email or the phone number provided.

If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, they will be disqualified, and another eligible entrant may be selected by random draw as a potential prize winner until such time as an entrant satisfied the terms set out herein and the Prize is awarded.

Employees, contractors, and directors of Wakepilot and its parent company and their immediate family members (spouse/domestic partner, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each (whether legally related or not) are not eligible to enter or win.

The winner will be notified via the phone number or email provided at time of booking. The winner must be the age of majority in their province.

The Prize does not include any other item or expense not specifically described in these Official Rules Regulations and all additional expenses including, without limitation, other transportation expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner agrees to accept the Prize “as is”, and entrants hereby acknowledge that Wakepilot has neither made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact, or in law, relative to the Prize. Other conditions may apply. Void where prohibited by law. The prize is used, serviceable, and detailed. Trailer not included.

Wakepilot retains the right, in its absolute and sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind or approximate value in the event of the unavailability of any prize or component of The Prize for any reason whatsoever.

By participating in the Wakepilot Sea-Doo GTX Giveaway Sweepstakes, entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wakepilot, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, shareholders, and employees (collectively “Releases”) from and against any and all injuries, losses, damages, claims, and actions of any kind arising from or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, or acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or non-use of the Prize that may be awarded, including, without limitation, actual, direct, indirect, consequential, punitive, special, or other damages.

Except where prohibited by law or regulation, by making a reservation and as per the terms of applicable Rental Agreement, entrant grants Wakepilot a perpetual, royalty-free license to use his/her name, photograph, voice, and likeness in connection with the promotion of this and other Sweepstakes, and entrants waive any and all claims and/or rights to receive any royalties or other compensation for Wakepilot’s use thereof, unless prohibited by law. Entrants’ information that Wakepilot collects will not be disclosed to third parties.

Entrants that do not win will not be notified.
