BRENDEN LEIB, HEAD COACH. Brenden is a rider out of Bellingham, Washington and has been riding for 8 years. He has competed in contests all over Washington and B.C. and is going to be riding on the Pro Tour in 2012. Brenden is always looking to progress his riding and you can see his dedication when he’s out trying new tricks at 7 in the morning instead of sleeping in. He has been spending his summers in the Okanagan since 2003 and thinks it is one of the best places to wakeboard and enjoy time outside in the sun. His coaching abilities are sure to help you progress on the water and make sure you have a great time doing it! Brenden rides for Ronix, Reef, VonZipper, Steez Clothing, and Grass Roots Outdoor.

ROB RAUSCH, OWNER and MANAGER. Wakeboarded since the sport was invented. That's over twenty years of experience on the water. He's a certified coach with ten years coaching experience and still pushes his riding despite being in his declining years.
GAVIN BARDAL, COACH. Gav is a long time Osoyoos resident and NCCP certified coach. He has ridden with and coached some of the local riders, which has helped grow the sport locally. He caught our attention over the last couple of years as we've watched him stomp some huge tricks in front of our place. In the off-season, Gav is a student at UBC and captain of his hockey team.
COLE POZNIKOFF, COACH. NCCP certified, Cole is another local rider that has spent every summer in Osoyoos since learning to walk. He actually learned his first big trick with Rob at the age of 12 when he gave Wakepilot a call to learn a tantrum. He's added a lot tricks to his bag in the years since and he's now returned to Wakepilot as one of the crew.
Cole has also played AAA hockey and lacrosse all his life and had the honor of captaining almost all of those teams. He was also drafted at the semi pro level in lacrosse. He skateboards, snowboards and has played every other sport imaginable but wakeboarding is by far his favorite.
